Shipping policy

All UK mainland orders over £75 (ex vat) will automatically receive free delivery. If your order is under £75 net, a small charge of £7.95 will be added to your order at checkout.

All orders are processed within one to two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Embroidered or printed garments will be dispatched within 10 working days from artwork approval. Should you need your garments quicker then please call 01509 813888 to discuss your requirements.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@egclothing.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
