You have 14 days return right for unwanted goods. The product(s) returned must be in their original condition, including any tags and labels. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items as we are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
30 days return limit for faulty garments. Please return goods to our address: unit 2f Sileby Road Industrial Estate, Barrow Upon Soar, Leicestershire. LE12 8LP.
Please return goods with original delivery note / Invoice stating the reason for return.
Condition of returns
All returned items must be received in perfect, unworn and unwashed condition, free from pet hair, marks, odours or any other soiling. Items that do not meet this standard may be refused or subject to a reduced refund.
Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or the return is the result of an error on our part, in which case we will cover the cost.
Please note that personalised or customised items (including any garment with embroidery or printed branding) cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty, as they are made specifically to your order.
